Payment Policies

We offer a wide variety of payment options. You can purchase your items with a Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover credit card. We also accept payment via PayPal and Bill Me Later through Paypal. Alternatively, you can place an order with us and mail us a money order as payment. 

We take credit card fraud very seriously, and prosecute credit card fraud to the fullest extent of the law.

For the our own protection as well as the protection of our customers we implement several techniques to screen for credit card fraud.

If your order is marked as questionable by the fraud detection system. When this happens, we may request that the customer fax or scan  to us a copy their photo identification and  the last four digits of credit card that you used to make the purchase. This proves to us that the purchaser has the card in their possession, and considerably reduces the chances that the transaction is fraudulent. Please contact us if you believe someone placed an order with you're credit card. 

Refund Policy

If you purchase a product from our web site and decide that you no longer want it, we can offer you a refund if the following criteria are met:

  • The product must be unopened, and in resalable condition.
  • The exterior of the package must be free from damage or markings of any kind.
  • We must receive the returned item within 20 days of the original purchase date.

If you return meets the above criteria, complete this form to request an RMA number for a refund. We will issue an RMA number and provide you with information on how to return the product. The returned package must be clearly marked with this RMA number. Packages arriving without a RMA number cannot be processed, and will be discarded.

We are not responsible for shipping charges of non-defective returned merchandise.

Upon our receipt of the product your credit card will credited the amount of the purchase minus the original shipping cost and a 15% restocking fee.

If your product is defective, we will be happy to replace it within 30 days. See our returns and exchanges policy for more information.

 

Return Policy

Product Returns, Exchanges and Refunds: If you wish to return or exchange a product you must contact Northern Valley Communications Sales and Services LLC within 72 hours of receiving the product and get a Return Authorization. No returns will be accepted after this period. All unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to the sender. Time and date of delivery is determined by the delivery date associated with the tracking number from the shipping carrier. Unless specified otherwise all returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. All returns must be received within 7 business days after the Return Authorization has been issued. If you are receiving a warranty replacement the defective item must be returned to us within 5 business days after the Return Authorization has been issued or the price of the replacement item will be billed to you.

The following products are final sale items and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

  • Used Items
  • All customized equipment
  • Special order items
  • Clearance items
  • Accessories that insert into the ear
  • Items that require installation (Base Stations, Mobile Radios, Repeaters, Antennas, Cables, and Connectors

 

The standard product warranty still applies to these items. Shipping costs and custom labor are not refundable under any circumstances. Equipment returned for credit towards a future purchase must be completed within 40 days. When you return items please use a shipping service that has a tracking number or delivery confirmation number. Northern Valley Communications Sales and Services LLC does not provide pre-paid return shipping labels unless the merchandise is Dead on Arrival.

 

Shipping Policy

**Please note that if you place a larger order the original shipping cost will be refunded and you will receive an invoice for the new cost to ship. Please contact us before placing your order.**

We make every effort to ship your order the same day it is received, when the order is placed before 3:00 PM Central time. Orders placed after 3:00PM will usually ship the next business day.

You will receive an email from us as soon as we begin processing your order. We will send another email when the order has shipped. A tracking number will be included in this second email, if one is available. Most domestic items are shipped via UPS. International orders are shipped via UPS or USPS Global Express Mail, depending upon cost and reliability.

Our shipping rate can be viewed by adding an item to the shopping cart, selecting a shipping method and clicking "Update." 

For orders shipping within the US, we offer several shipping options: Overnight, 2 day, 3 day, and ground. Ground shipping usually takes between 2-5 business days for delivery. When calculating your delivery date, be sure to only include business days (Monday through Friday). Packages typically do not move on weekends and carriers do not count weekends (or certain holidays) as days in transit. For example, an order placed Friday with overnight delivery will be delivered on Monday.

If your item happens to be out of stock, we will email you immediately and let you choose to cancel your order, choose a different product, or wait for your original product to arrive.
